4. Results Disclaimer
Every individual has different backgrounds, experiences, skills, and circumstances.
For this reason, CDG does not guarantee:
- specific personal results
- financial outcomes
- career advancement
- business success
- emotional transformation
- relationship improvements
Your results depend on your own implementation, consistency, effort, and external factors beyond our control.
5. Coaching Relationship
Our coaches provide guidance, accountability, education, and support.
Clients acknowledge that:
- coaching is collaborative
- coaching is not therapy
- coaching is not counseling
- coaching is not medical treatment
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
6. Payments
All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be required before access is granted.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- suspended access
- cancellation of bookings
- termination of participation
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Coaching sessions
- Digital products
- Downloadable resources
- Memberships
- Workshops
- Courses
are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Refund exceptions may be considered solely at CDG's discretion.
8. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule coaching sessions with reasonable notice.
Missed appointments without prior notice may be considered completed sessions.
Repeated no-shows may result in cancellation of the engagement.
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- attend sessions prepared
- respect facilitators and participants
- maintain confidentiality where applicable
- use Services lawfully
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all materials provided by CDG are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This includes:
- videos
- worksheets
- presentations
- templates
- assessments
- frameworks
- coaching materials
- written content
- branding
You may not:
- reproduce
- resell
- redistribute
- modify
- publish
- upload
- commercially exploit
our materials without written permission.
11. Community Conduct
For community spaces, live events, or memberships, participants agree to:
- communicate respectfully
- avoid harassment
- avoid discrimination
- avoid abusive language
- avoid disruptive behavior
CDG reserves the right to remove participants without refund for violations.
12. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality.
Information shared during coaching will generally remain confidential except when:
- required by law
- necessary to protect someone's safety
- authorized by the client
Clients are likewise expected to respect the confidentiality of other participants.
13. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms including:
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Calendly
- Stripe
- PayPal
- YouTube
- Learning Management Systems
We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of third-party providers.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDG shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- consequential damages
- lost profits
- lost opportunities
- business interruption
- emotional distress arising from use of our Services
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable Service.
15. Service Availability
We reserve the right to:
- modify programs
- update content
- improve materials
- postpone events
- replace coaches when necessary
- discontinue Services
without prior notice.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a participant:
- violates these Terms
- engages in abusive behavior
- attempts fraud
- infringes intellectual property
- disrupts programs
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Philippine law.
18. Updates
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
